When does the season begin?
Our season can begin the week of July 29th, but some coaches will begin on July 22nd.

When are Competitions?
We do not have exact dates yet but the fun comp is in late September, local comp is late October, states are early November and regionals are late November. We will post the dates when they are available.

Where do we practice?
Until school begins all practices are held at the Pepperell Town Field – with the exception of Band Concert evenings – then we practice behind Varnum Brook. Once school starts we will have indoor practices in the gyms in whatever space is availble (NMRHS, VBES, HBMS, Nissitissit, Spaulding)

When/how often do we practice?
Each coach is able to set their own practice schedule – We have the field available from 5:30-8:30pm Monday- Friday.

When are the games played?
Games are typically played on Sundays, but in the past we have had a few Saturday games. Our home games will once again be returning to North Middlesex Regional High School.

How do I register my child?
There will be a link on the front page of our website for online registration- everyone must register online. Your child must also be fitted for uniform, sneakers and warm-up suit (if re-using your 2018 jacket please bring it to the fitting to be approved)

How much does it cost?
The registration fee is $150 and includes the game bow. The warm-up jacket is $50, the jacket is optional ONLY if your 2018 jacket is approved by the Cheer Director.  A $25-50 spirit package which includes a game bow and additional fees for older teams (tumbling, Choreography).  We also have included $25 in calendar raffle tickets in our registration.

So, for a brand new cheerleader the total cost is $250-275 depending on age – this includes everything required for the season.

What to I need to purchase?                                                                                                                                        Cheerleaders will want to wear practice shorts/pants and a t-shirt/tank top to practice along with sneakers.  Cheer shoes will also need to be bought for games and competitions.  Please contact the cheer director for links to approved shoes.

What are my Fundraising and volunteer commitments?
Everyone must participate in fundraising. There is a mandatory canvassing day (TBA) and there will be a calendar raffle. Parents must also spend time volunteering – On game day there are many spots to fill – concessions, 50/50 raffle, MPR’s etc. More information will be available as the games get closer. Each team also needs a team parent – please contact your coach for information on becoming a team parent.
