2018 Flex Football

New in 2018 we will begin offering Flag Flex Football

In short, Flex Football was created by former NFL players and has been said to create a better entry point and experience for youth football. It is a limited contact game in which limited contact equipment (soft-shell gear) is used to introduce basic skills such as blocking and defeating blocks. With a hands first approach to contact, every element of the game is involved outside of the tackle, shoulder blocking and the bull rush.
The big news is that Flex Football will be an option for the fall season for the younger half of your age divisions.
