About us…

Football:
2010 was our inaugural season. We fielded two football teams and had great success. Both teams finished with a combined record of 16-2. In 2011 we look to field a team at every level K-8th grade and to continue with our success. We have a very dedicated coaching staff with over 50 years of experience at both the youth and high school levels. With full support of North Middlesex Regional High School our home games are played at John E. Young Memorial field at NMRHS. Even our away games are local. Some of the teams we play against are Lunenburg, Groton, Leominster, Tyngsboro, Clinton, Nashoba and Littleton. There are 20 organizations within the Central Mass Youth Football and Cheer Conference. To see them all click here. All of our players will be wearing new uniforms and protective equipment. Our registration cost is $150, plus $50 for a custom football jersey (mandatory) the player will keep at the end of the season. NMAYF provides helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads, intergraded (pads sewn into pants) game and practice pants, custom home and away jerseys.

Cheer:
We are so excited to be adding cheer to our program. Cheer is being offered to anyone between the ages of 5-15. We are ordering brand new uniforms that will be fitted to each cheerleader. We are very pleased to announce that we have highly experienced coaches already in place. The local cheer competition will be held in Lowell at the Tsongas Arena. Central Mass will also be hosting the Regional event (venue TBA). Our registration cost is $150, plus $50 for sneakers and a warm-up suit (mandatory), both of which the cheerleader will keep at the end of the season. NMAYC will provide a custom flex fit uniform, game + competition bloomers, game + competition hair bows, socks, and poms.

NMAYF Mission Statement

The NMAYF philosophy is to provide solid fundamental football and cheerleading skills in a relaxed atmosphere. We will teach techniques that are vital to the athlete in reaching his or her fullest potential.

The purpose of NMAYF is to teach every player the fundamental and advanced skills necessary to make him or her a better football player/cheerleader and to help them develop future athletic ideals in sportsmanship, leadership and citizenship.

We recognize that we are students first, and athletes second. Understanding the Family (TEAM) can only progress with the presence of PRIDE and RESPECT; we commit ourselves to reaching our full potential. We know that every action must be with the TEAM in mind, and unwavering loyalty to the TEAM must be an absence of special privileges for any individual. We will achieve greatness with PATRIOT PRIDE while having FUN.
